Noah van de Wetering (b. 1999, NL)
Is a visual artist living and working in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
He pursues a conceptual practice through various modes of relationality. Through a multidisciplinary approach that includes photography, print, painting, and installation, he explores the production of meaning within art historical frameworks and cultural, personal memory. Central to his work is a critical examination of the document as a form of testimony, sourcing from family anecdotes, archival materials, and histories of migration.
Together with graphic designer Noa Wassink, he founded the publishing project Sessssion, which focusses on small edition printed matter and collaborative work methods.
